Other things to note

Newly renovated in 2022, your kitchen is fully-equipped with gorgeous white quartz countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances: chef-grade stovetop and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Bakeware/Airfryer/Toaster Oven/Plates/Cups/Utensils

We provide 5-star hotel quality sleeping accommodations all of our guests. Each bed has a brand-new NECTAR mattress, 400TC lux sateen weave linens, and Buffy Cloud comforters. You will truly feel like you are sleeping in the clouds.

We provide Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, as well as towels, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners.
***THINK OF THESE ITEMS AS “STARTER KITS” - Highly recommend you bring additional items such as extra towels/blankets/pillows/soap/shampoo/coffee/salt/pepper/cooking spray/water bottles etc.***

There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

There is enough room for 2 vehicles at the main base of the drive way, as well as a 3rd spot about halfway down the driveway (you will have to walk about 200 feet down to the cabin from this spot).

The cabin is at the top of a mountain, and about 15-20 minutes from the nearest store/gas station so we highly recommend you stop beforehand to grab everything you need! (Don’t forget drinking water!)

The cabin in located at the top of Rich Mountain, so the road can be a bit windy and steep at times. Take your time and enjoy the adventure! Pro tip: if you turn your radio down and open the windows, you can hear the sounds of the creek as you ascend to the top!

We recommend 4WD or AWD, if that's an option, if not though -- we have cars with FWD make it up no problem. It just makes it much easier if your vehicle has a little more umf!
***Please try to arrive before nightfall for your first trip up, as it can be difficult to find the driveway in the evening.***

NEW UPGRADE — We now have StarLink at our cabin! You are able to surf the web, stream videos and work remotely. Please note, the signal can drop once in a while but usually only takes a minute to boot back up.

You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the Smart TVs

There are tons of things to do around here: hiking, fly fishing, horseback riding, mountain biking, kayaking, bird watching, SQUATCHIN' (look it up, lol.)--anything you can think of, Appalachia has it.

A Ring security camera is located outside on the front porch of the house for your security. NO cameras inside the property. The Ring camera does record.
We do allow pets, BUT please only bring animals that are completely house trained. If there are any damages to the cabin by the pet, there will be a $150 fee assessed.
