Luxury Picnics & Proposals

Blue Ridge Picnics is a luxury event-planning service that creates unique and unforgettable experiences filled with beautiful decor and picture-perfect opportunities.

Whether it be date nights, birthdays, brunches, proposals, bridal showers, baby showers, gender reveals, graduation parties…we do it all! We can set up at a public park, specific venue, your backyard, or even inside your living room.

We believe that life is all about making beautiful memories, and we want to help Blue Ridge & surrounding areas make these special moments extraordinary through our custom picnics.

We currently offer Bachelorette Setups, Picnics, Proposals, Weddings, Showers, and Events in Blue Ridge, GA (all of north Georgia); Knoxville, TN; Chattanooga, TN; Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA; Greenville, SC; & Atlanta, GA; but we are willing to travel.

 

Picnic Packages

Luxe

$300 (2 hrs; up to 5 people)

Includes same day set up and clean up, picnic table, pillows, blankets, table decor (table runner, candles, fresh flowers), table settings (plates, chargers, utensils, wine or champagne glasses, napkins), pampas grass, Bluetooth speaker, ice bucket (ice not included), teepee tent, customized letter board, bar cart.

*Subject to $50-150 travel fee depending on your distance from Blue Ridge, Georgia. No travel fee for any location under 50 miles from 560 E Main St, Blue Ridge, GA 30513. $50: 50-100 miles; $100: 101-150 miles; $150: 151-250 miles. 

Proposal

$400 (90 min)

Includes same day set up and clean up, custom-made picnic tables, pillows, blankets, table decor (candles, fresh flowers), table settings (plates, chargers,  utensils, champagne or wine glasses, napkins), pampas grass, teepee tent, Bluetooth speaker, ice bucket (ice not included), polaroid camera rental, a dozen red roses, bar cart, 2 framed photos, Marry Me marquee letters, gifted Champagne bottle (*must be 21) or sparkling cider

*Subject to $50-150 travel fee depending on your distance from Blue Ridge, Georgia. No travel fee for any location under 50 miles from 560 E Main St, Blue Ridge, GA 30513. $50: 50-100 miles; $100: 101-150 miles; $150: 151-250 miles. 

Add-ons

Additional Guests/Time:

  • Additional guest ($30/person)
  • Additional time ($100/hour) *Last minute extension, $200/hour.

Food

  • Charcuterie Board for 2 $47: 2 cheeses, 2 meats, fruit, crackers, apricots, nuts, honey, mustard (subject to availability by local store). Add extra cheese/meat $4.50.

  • Charcuterie Board for 4-6 $72: 3 cheeses, 3 meats, fruit, crackers, apricots, nuts, honey, mustard, jam, olives (subject to availability by local store). Add extra cheese/meat $4.50.

  • Local Bakery Cake: 6-inch ($60) or 10-inch ($90)

  • Customized cakes ($100+)

  • Cake stand + serving utensils + candles ($35)

Drinks

  • Mimosa setup: 2 carafes filled with OJ and grapefruit juice ($30)

  • Sparkling water ($20 for 2 bottles)

  • Sparkling cider ($20 for 1 bottle)

  • Small ice bucket w/ ice ($20)

  • Large ice bucket w/ ice ($40)

  • XL cooler + extra ice ($60)

Decor:

  • Bottle of wine from a Georgia winery ($30) *Must be 21+

Photography:

  • Mini-photoshoot: 10 edited photos on iPhone ($50) or Canon ($100)

  • Professional Photographer: 45-min session (TBD)

  • Polaroid rental + 10 photos ($40)

Miscellaneous:

  • Food catering service (TBD)

  • Customized events requiring full-scale planning (specific decor, catering, photography, etc) will incur a fee of 20% of the total cost of an event. There will be an initial 30-minute call to discuss the proposal; however, any additional planning will require a $200 deposit which will go towards the event fee.

  • Bachelorette Parties/Showers/& Other Events will be similar in pricing, but more custom depending on what you are looking for.
